Q.I recieve a “Wrong Site”error when I try and send an email using my hostpack Email.
A. When adding email, do you click “Get Certificate”just confirm the Security Exception

Q. One of my clients can’t send or receive emails, what should I do?
This issue can be caused by several reasons:
- The email account of the user is full (Mail quota exceeded)
- An issue with your email client/software
- If your client can log into your account, but can’t send or receive emails, the email server settings on the client
may have been misconfigured.
