Q. How do I log into my HostPack ?

Q.I recieve a “Wrong Site”error when I try and send an email using my hostpack Email.
A. When adding email, do you click “Get Certificate”just confirm the Security Exception

Hostpack – Email

Q. One of my clients can’t send or receive emails, what should I do?

This issue can be caused by several reasons:

  • The email account of the user is full (Mail quota exceeded)
    • Log in to https://hostpack.lu/admin
    • Check if the user has exceeded their quota.



    • Either increase the mail storage of the particular user – or – Inform the particular user to remove old unneeded emails.
  • An issue with your email client/software
  • If your client can log into your account, but can’t send or receive emails, the email server settings on the client
    may have been misconfigured.
